I will explain you step by step procedure to block Facebook on your PC using a small windows utility. Download link is given in below step 1. So just read and follow smartly..

STEP 1:
First of all download Facebook Blocker [From GOOGle][Size: 20 KB]

STEP 2:
Now run Facebook Blocker.exe file

STEP 3:
First of all create a backup of your hosts file. So that in any accidental case your can restore the backup.

STEP 4:
Now if you want to block Facebook on your PC and type 2 and hit enter. If you are trying to open Facebook in your already opened browser then I suggest you to restart your browser. That's It
