a small utility, so let`s start:
- Download Windows 7 Folder Background changer from here.
- Launch it, a screen launch
- Now, click Browse and select folder of which you want to change background.
- After this,Change Background Image is enabled. Click it and browse the image.
- It will apply the Image instantly.
